A masterful multi-tasker, Susan has been a vital member of our senior management team since the Company was founded in 2007, and is responsible for overseeing all of our financial and accounting functions, as well as our mission critical customer care and customer experience division. Her disciplined approach to operational leadership, coupled with her unwavering commitment to service excellence, has helped to create a highly dynamic and productive work environment at Gateway Global Delivery.

 

Previously, Susan held several senior financial management positions with Piad Precision Casting Corporation and TransTech, Inc., and was a senior staff accountant with the firms of Touche Ross & Co. and J.K. Lasser and Company. 

 

A Certified Public Accountant, Susan is a graduate of Duquesne University where she earned a degree in Business.
